Yes Man disappeared after killing Benny- help!

Hello all, 1st post here, and I apologize if this issue has been covered before.

I'm level 18 and only just now entering Vegas, lol. I've been having fun hunting bugs, powder gangers, Legion, etc. w/ Boone and ED-E and doing side quests to level up. I do right by the NCR and the Khans and plan on allying w/ the BoS as well. Wanted to get my speech and combat skills up before going too far into the main quest. I've finished stuff like That Lucky Old Sun and even Return to Sender.

So I went to the strip through McCarran, met Victor, but went to the Tops. Met Swank and then Yes Man. Proceeded back down to take out Benny.. shortly after killing Benny and his bodyguards in the Tops casino gameroom, all is well. Nobody else at the Tops went hostile and they all seem to like me. I can haz checkered suit, Maria, and teh Platinum Chip! However the Wild Card quest wants me to go back to see Yes Man, and when I go back to the 13th floor suite, he is gone. I looked for him around the Tops, got bored with that and decided to go see Mr. House for the first time, with Plat. chip in hand, big mistake. He of course demanded it and the securitrons opened up on me when I refused, lol.

So I wonder if I killed Benny too quick, or if I should hold off on any contact with House until I get further along with the main quest? I wanted to work with YesMan for a while, get the securitron army but eventually side with NCR.

Personally I've always killed Benny before seeing Yes Man and he's always still been around in my games after I've dealt with Benny.

Yes Man may be outside The Tops, by the entrance. I'm pretty sure that's where he relocates after your first conversation with him.

It is kind of easy to miss Yes Man as he looks like all the other Sucuritrons on the Strip. However, he goes to just outside the Tops standing by the street. Talk to all the Securitrons you see around there. You will find him. :)
