One thing that I really enjoyed in Oblivion was the fact that my character and other NPCs showed their feelings on their faces. I loved the smiles for her fellow Guild-mates, the sneers at the Shrine of Namira, the look of blinding fury when she had jumped of a high wall and hurt herself, the look of disdain that the "GoldenRods" showed for my "Snowman".

While faces have improved in certain ways in the Fallout games, I find the faces fairly bland and expressionless. I would love to see the emotions back.
