There has not been an Elder Scrolls game to feature multiplayer since 1997 (Battlespire featured coop mode for quests and versus/battle mode). I feel it is time for a new multiplayer Elder Scrolls it has been over 13 years since Battlespire. I'm not saying the main game itself feature multiplayer, but I think it would be awesome to feature an online battlemode where characters can battle each other in various towns and arenas (similar to Battlespire). Also, maybe they could have some sort of mode where a team of player has to battle large amounts of NPCs or monsters. Anyone else feel that a multiplayer feature needs to make a return in the Elder Scrolls series?

I would rather they didn't. it could detract from the singleplayer experience and quality. and not every game needs multiplayer, nor is multiplayer apporopriate for every game.

No. They need to focus on a extremely long and very well-written story. I don't think ES will be good for anything beyond Co-op anyway.
