A personal problem with Skyrim.

Post » Tue Feb 22, 2011 8:41 am

When i first picked up oblivion for PC several years ago i realized what i was missing out on with TES series. To date i've played (All the way through mind you full main quest most side quests) oblivion 11 times, once on the PC three times on xbox360 and seven times on the PS3. I haven't begun to count the hours i sunk into each playthrough so im asking you as a friend bethesda please don't release skyrim so i can have a life. For the meantime i will be making preperations to have myself hand-cuffed to my desk for a week after Skyrim releases. So if any of you have had similar expierences with TES series or would like to share what you'll be doing on 11-11-11 feel free to post.

Well, you have nearly 10 full months to exercise self-control over small things so that you can build up the ability and use self-control over bigger things.

I have already strapped myself down to a heavy anchor and swallowed my bank card for good measure, I still play tes3 and 4 of course. I begin to think that Bethesda want marriages to fail lol

If this thread was supposed to be funny, it failed. If it was meant to be incredibly stupid, it won 1st prize.

That's going to be disturbing when it comes out the other end.

I will be so screwed too, have no idea how I will be able to dedicate my life to Skyrim and still do the stuff I'm supposed to do.

So agreed. Until my rig started being a PITA (No DVD drive to fix it til Friday.) I was playing Morrowind again after years of not, and damn, the flood of nostalgia and excitement was almost overwhelming.

Damn right!

Reading the papers,it seems every day things are worse in my country, crime, poverty, acts of cruelty etc, Quite depressing really. Hence the need to escape from all the doom and gloom in the world!

I`ve already told my partner that i`m taking a week off work when Skyrim comes out. I`m so gonna enjoy getting immersed in another world, away from reality :D

Some people go on holiday to put their feet up. Others play a TES game lol.
