I think some quest to find out more lore and possibly an artifact from the Snow Elves (Falmer).

As mentioned in the snip of info from UESPWiki about High Hrothgar

High Hrothgar is a settlement high atop the highest peak in Skyrim, the Throat of the World. Sitting atop seven thousand stone steps, here dwell the ancient Greybeards who endeavor to become more attuned to the voice of the sky. The Nords believe that they were created by Kyne when the sky breathed onto the peak of the mountain, which is also known as Snow-Throat. It is possible that Hrothgar has a mystical connection with the vanished Falmer.

I'd like to see an encounter with a pickpocket that starts off the introduction to the Thieves Guild - i.e. you chase down the pickpocket to his hideout....

I'd love to see easter eggs making fun of other games and there to be quest that obviously makes fun of another game.

Mud Crab racing anyone? :hubbahubba:

That aside, I think it would be fun to do a few Espionage quests. Rather than spying on people from bushes, really be in the thick of it. E.g; having to enlist in a militia to report troop movements, weaponry and operations, work as a double agent. Infiltrate noble circles for certain individuals and find ways of blackmailing a noble their disgruntled with.

Of course, they'll have to have a time limit since documents won't sit around waiting for you.

A quest where the player has to track down a huge plagued bear (not like the little bears in Oblivion or sosltheim) I mean really huuugeee bears, terrifying with pitchblack fur and white cold eyes. If they can make really scary giant bears in Skyrim I will cry tears of joy. they will have the same effect as like cazadors from new vegas, scare the hell out of you :/ I want the same feeling i got first time I went into a cazador's nest, holy [censored] it was intense running around with 10 cazadors after me. Point is, the player enters the cave of the bear, and it should be really really eerie and scary in there, and then the bear comes charing after you in the dark. Make bears rare, and extremely dangerous in Skyrim, they should really be something not to be messed with.
