So,NPCs may try to return droped items,but when they come up,maybe the dialog box/menu should pop up if press the button to talk (if you don't want to ignore them) with options to accept the return,or to say the NPC can keep it or if it's a child,to say the perents can have it,as a kid's not going to go around with your sword,etc,sound like a workable system?

EDIT: Lol yeah. I agree children shouldn't be killed as it is just wrong. IMO you sickos.. rofl no offense. What could be done about that.

This is actually what I assumed would be done.
