I did a quick search and didn't notice one specifically for it. I was curious if there was any interest at Bethesda to remake the first two elder scrolls games with the oblivion engine. Would be something i'd definatly purchase, and i think it'd definatly be worth it with it as a side game while Elder Scrolls V is being worked on >.>

If they remade Daggerfall they would probably take what made Daggerfall so great out and turn it into another empty shell like Oblivion.

An argument could be made that Oblivion is already Bethesda's attempt to make Daggerfall a next-gen game.

I thought the same way about Oblivion once, but after playing through that sad flavorless excuse for an RPG something wonderull happened............



But sadly, from all we know there will most likely never be an attempt to remake the old games. Bethesda Alienates over 50% of its fan base each time, because each new release in the ES is so different from the last, and they generally do not listen to their fans(despite all boastfull claims to). And worst of all, Oblivion made much more money then their old games, and thus they are going to continue making games that have more action then acual roleplaying. And i for one will never spend a dime on any of their future games.

daggerfall with oblivions engine? first thing i am thinking right now is 'omg the void with next gen graphics'. and second though is ' over 100gb harddrive space needed'.
