Where are some nice places I can find alot of skooma, without wasting all of my money? I refuse to fast travel, and I use skooma to get to places in minutes.
I already know the dude with 15 bottles in imperial city, and I found the respawning barrel of skooma. Is there anything else around the Imperial City?
