Hunted: Demon Forge Pre-Load?

Will pre-loading be availble? Also, if I buy Hunted: Demon Forge on Direct2drive can I activate my copy on Steam?

I am also wondering if a pre-load will be available on steam.

EDIT: I'm sure this game uses SteamWorks.

No pre-load on Direct2Drive either, so I'm guessing we will just have to wait till launch.
