Hello Morrowindy moding experts!

It's been a long time since I played my all-time favorite game, but I'm getting back into it slowly but surely. I have most of this running pretty well. There are, however, a few niggling issues. If any of you nice folks would assist, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Issue the first: Pelagiad drops my frames from ~20 to ~7, and there is a dead Imperial Archer laying in Fort Pelagiad's courtyard.

Issue the second: sometimes the game crashes. No big deal, just every two or three hours it crashes.

Issue the third: I'd like to see if there's any way to cut down on the number of Children in CoM. We have 5 here; I know what they look like.

Also: I am using a few texture replacers and MGE XE for more up-to-date graphical touches, but have the settings dialed in there pretty well at this point.
