Silgrad Tower 1.4.6 adds Siege at Firemoth quest?

I just checked silgrad_tower_internal_release_1-4_6.6.esp with TESCS and surprised that this mod adds(merges?) Siege at Firemoth quest. This is a problem as I also have Sea of Destiny loaded too. So does anyone know about this?

btw I didn't checked it yet in game, but the journal name is same(ms_firemoth) and it seems same as what UESP writes.

You could use TesFaith to move one of them to a less "conflicting" area... although might not be the best with such big mods

And that's why I decide to ditch ST for a while, maybe I'll play it later after I finish SoD questline. And TESFaith is still beyond my comprehension(I'm quite new to MODDED morrowind after all)
