I want a paralize spell so on my main profile i found a spell shop but i dont have the magica to cast it

so i made a new profile and it doesnt have the gold to buy it

+ for some reason it has epic uber lagg it nealry froze tryign to enter the journal pages it did freeze for 2 minuits tryign to open teh inventory of a dead rat and it forze for nearly ten minuits when i tried talking to some one :/ (im gonna uninstall and reinstall the game hopefully that will fix my lagg :/)

The cheapest paralize spell to buy is on touch x 3 sec from Ita Rienus of the Bravil Mages Guild.

However, this is what I would recommend:
Visit the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Serpent_Stone#Serpent_Stoneat night. It is a birthsign stone that will give you the power Cobra's Dance. This is a fabulous once a day game changer that includes paralize. It also places the paralize ability in your spell book.
Now, do the guild recommendations and enter the University.
During all this time, make sure you are building your illusion skill up to at least 50.
Now, make your own spell to suit your purpose.

As you probably know, paralize is an expensive effect to cast and cannot be enchanted at the altars or by sigil stone onto weapons.

You might want to take a look at burden and drain speed spells. I think they achieve the same overall effect as paralyze at a lower cost.

Drain Speed 100 acts like a spell of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lethe would, were it in the game. "Hmm I know I was doing something important...now what was it?"

Lover birthsign also gives you paralze once a day, and thus at spell altars.

That's all you need, really, as long as you use spell chaining with Fortify Intelligence + Fortify Magicka so that you use temp magic pool to cast spells. As long as you use that, cost is pretty much irrelevant as long as the total spell cost is 150 or less. This is easy with spell chaing; you can add paralze for 1 sec as an effect to any spell and cast continuously, so the paralyze just keeps being renewed.

Drain fatigue also works well, so you may look into that option.
