Everyone has their warning bar displayed under their username (visible only to them and the forum management).

While mods can discuss this topic abstractly and generally we have to follow very strict rules when doing so publicly, so it's something we prefer to keep to private messages. If you would like any elaboration I'll be happy to answer your questions - just shoot me a PM
