Oblivion on Steam : IV

Is it possible/legal to put all mods, OBSE, etc. on the Steam version of Oblivion?

I was just wondering whether i should get it on Steam or just buy it from the store. My old cd from like 2007 is scratched beyond repair.

Unless yo plan to start taking care of your disks then get it on steam, no point in buying another disk if it will be unusable in a year

I'll always prefer to have an actual physical copy. I don't like paying for a product I can't actually touch... guess that's why I've never used itunes either. VINYL FOR LIFE!!!

I do take care of my disks. I have disks from 2000 that are in near perfect condition. And i prefer to not have people what I should plan. I asked a simple question and wanted a straight forward answer. If I am interpreting your tone, I am sorry. It's hard to tell tone through text.
