For my taste nothing beats Chinese armor (black with some red details) + Rebreather (in adition) to the red beret.

This sort of works for that ciber ninja assasin, stealth sniper look. Completed with Boone dressed exactly the same (minus the rebreather).

Kind of feels like being part of spec. ops. team.

I think it looks ok with Leather Reinforced Armor.

I think its looks pretty nice with remnants power armor and authority glasses

Combat Armor MKII looks fantastic with it.
Another great combo is Recruit Legionnaire Armor.
