I CANT FAST TRAVEL before you lol at me read further : Fallout: New Vegas

okay well i am not over encumbered, inside, crippled, i have no active quest, nomatter where i am on the map it just says to same thing, you cannot fast travel from this location, i have checked for enemies i SHOULD be able to do it... but i cant

If you just finished the main quest, your game is about to end.

So you're at Legates Camp then?
If you've started the final quest then you cannot fast-travel out of there.
It's the point of no return.
Hope you have a save prior to saving in there cause otherwise the only way to get out is with mods or by starting a new character.

Indeed, as Skoomaholics Anonymous said, you have started the final mission, which means you have to play the game till the end at Hoover Dam or reload a previous save.

Did you pay attention to the pop-up window telling you you have reached the point of no return if you start the battle.

If you have done that quest, then the game is over. Do not be afraid. Walk into the light.

You cannot fast travel because there is no where to go. You must walk back to Hoover Dam. When you get to the gate of the Legion Camp, all will be explained to you. And I do mean all.

Well... Listen, you don't go back after the final quest.
The game ends.
No continuation what so ever.
It's the point of no return, literally.
