I'm at the cemetery evac site in "Relic" section and nothing happens after killing the 4 KPA's in nanosuits.
I've read that others are having this problem regardless of level/chapter.
Many are not getting a response from EA support.

EA's Response:
This may be the result of corrupted saved game file or another game file.

Try a previously saved game file. If that doesn't work, you may need to uninstall reinstall.

My Reply:
I did as you suggested. I went back two saved checkpoints; no luck.
I uninstalled/reinstalled; Nada.
Now what?

And here I sit and wait to play the game.

restart the level, go back to the save point called "relic." It should have a dot next to it.
Make sure when you take the boat, that you move to the path (where there's a boat sideways on the river), if you barge past it you miss some dialog, which keeps the VTOL from landing

Make sure that you are initiating the checkpoint cutscene or actions, and not barging past it.

You have to be doing something wrong in the game if a reinstall is not working.

A bit out of my depth, but I had a programme that wouldnt work properly, was down to the disc itself, the company site provided for download and I used my key on that, problem solved for me.
Is that possible in this instance, i dont know??

restarting the level should work. if you do it in console map where is the name of the level (i dont know off the top of my head then it might work

1. Open the console with the key under ESC (^)
2. type in con_restricted 0 and then map harbor

I could have swore there was 5 KPA but last time I played that level was about 6-7 months ago.

Thanks to everyone who responded. The lesson learned here is not to bypass anything; kill, kill, and more.
This solution only created a new one. I now can't continue past the cut-scene at the end of Relic. The video ends and nothing; just a black screen.
Maybe Guss600 has the answer after all.

I was able to move on to Assault by loading Crysis 32-bit.
Once in Assault I can continue using the 64-bit version.
