Sound File Location?

Is it possible for me to get access to the individual sound files Oblivion uses? Specifically, I am looking for a few specific voice quotes from Imperial Legion Soldier.

They're packed in Oblivion - Sounds.bsa. However, to find out specific sound file for dialogue, you'll need to use Construction Set to get file name.
