Multiplatform Worth the Bucks.

$$$ - Who can blame someone when it comes to money these days. Our economy is upside down. Still recovering, and with so much crap going on It's hard to blame people, especially gamers when it comes to spending money.

In our case It's all this 3DTV nonsense and half-assed Multiplatform Games.

Dead Space 2, Vanquish, Mass Effect 2, and NFS: Hot Pursuit are just some of the few Multiplatform games worthy It's price-tag. Crysis 2 is now one of them.

We know how challenging the PlayStation 3 can be. It's a shame we get crap most of the time while our Exclusives kick-ass and chew bubble gum. So... Crytek gives it a try and know what I think? It's a damn good effort.

Nathan... You were hyping this svcker up to no end. But when March 22nd came? You weren't completely talkin' out of your donut. Respect.

Not only is this game a blast to play it looks damn good in the process. (Aside from the Demo been watching my buddy play and got a chance to play it as well) Sadly, I need to wait till Thursday to get my copy. But I've seen, and played enough to say that this game?! is worth the bucks.

Can't wait to add this to my collection. Crytek? for the first effort it's a damn good one. May you guys choose to continue to bring PS3 more games in the future.

As for Crytek UK? Aside from HAZE being a let down... You guys did a solid effort on the Multiplayer. It's so damn fun I could cry. Can't wait to play it without having someone kick you off!

---There shall be no Trollin' in this thread. Got more to add? feel free. This is a damn good Multiplatform if you see it, or you don't--

Picked mines up and I'm telling u its like feeling like a 7yr old kid during Christmas all over again. I can't believe I'm going to say this but crysis 2 opened up my love for true innovative and fun FPS again. I just want to slap an old lady cause I'm so happy right now!

That's why I like Crysis 2 so much. It adds to the FPS Genre, not just another FPS like most releases recently. Gameplay wise this game adds so much. It'll be hard for any other studio to give off this much innovation and straight up fun in the months to come.

The last shooter that got me pumped and had me going back for more was MAG. Since BATTLEFIELD: 1942 I just hadn't found a shooter that was so goddamn fun. Sure BFBC2 had me going back enough to put almost 200 hours. MAG had me putting in almost 300.

I see myself putting just as much into Crysis 2.

I haven't got the game yet, but I haven't had tmuch enthusiasm to play any other shooter since I played the demo. I just want to play Crysis 2.

Going back to another shooter its like "damn I wish i had my nano suit, then i could parkour onto that roof, super sprint across and air stomp those three guys" it's just awesome fun

As far as adding something new to the FPS genre I feel Crysis 1 did more so than this sequel. 1 added the whole nano suit concept, it also had larger maps with vehicle play more common in battlefield games but things were purchased making its multiplayer experience much more unique and tactical. Crysis 2 was clearly made for the console fanboys of halo like play style. People brag about how great consoles are but truly console gaming holds back gaming IMO because it doesn't push the envelope with new things but goes back to a mediocre cookie cutter style for the genres that tend to be multiplatform. I honestly don't think console systems could handle the base style gameplay of crysis 1 with crysis 2 and thats why it was left out.
