Serial Code Already In Use?

Im trying to play.. and an window appear and says that my serial code is already in use... just like ...omfg? Help please...

Type your code in all lower-case letters, with the dashes. Worked for me for no logical reason. Once you do that, play at least one MP game so it updates you on the server, and it should (only tested in one session) stop asking you to put in the code as well.

I also cleared cookies and disabled my browser. I also logged into an empty server first, then quit, and joined a server with players already in it. Ive since logged off and exited completely out and then back in with no issues. I haven't had to re-enter my serial since then.

you have to put the dashes in.
