I went to destroy the BoS in their, bunker and I figured to kill everyone then get the key cards from that dude and the other dude. However, when it comes to Taggat, she/he ( :-S ) isn't anywhere to be seen and I've searched pretty much everywhere ( I am aware she is meant to be in the control room place with the terminal where you use the key cards ). And um... I finished the BoS 'introductory' quest where you have to get rid of the ranger in the other bunker, and started the next quest, but I think I failed it cause I killed everyone. But I don't see how that could affect it.
