first off make a count on gamesas next go to gain login screen type your user name in password click login you will be login to crysis 2 now second step back out in put in your serial # and login now you play online third step go to gamesas.com/unlimitededition in redeem your code next go back into your game in and shut down crysis2 start it back up again login put password in serial in done you have your content in you can play online for those you having network problems this should clear it up it did for me
