Rorschach RP

So I was watching the film again and thought it would be interesting to see one of the best defined characters, Rorschach, in another setting, say the Mojave post apocalypse?

I haven't read the book(s) so I'm going off the film solely.

Unarmed, repair, lockpick/sneak/survival.

Obviously it's an RP character so hardcoe would be best I guess.

He's depicted as strong, durable, fast and a good detective, he isn't exactly lucky and certainly not charismatic but he's smart and a good planner.

Unarmed since he seems to fight unarmed almost all the time, repair because he's a genius improviser (maybe use made weapons where possible, especially mines/grenades?)
Can't decide the last, he's a good sneaker obviously and a fantastic lockpicker however his character is built to survive...I suppose lockpick is probably the strongest.

RP would involve hunting criminals, ensuring they get their justice, no mercy of course and Benny would be no.1 on the list. Any and all would be brought to justice.
I suppose he would have to be a pure scavenger, so no buying from people (which would be hellish anyway). Certainly no companions...Once Benny is dead his most obvious targets are the corrupt within the NCR and most of Caesar's Legion, I can't see him having more than a passing dislike of House, not worth murdering him.
Won't play the endgame, not his style, he's a thoroughbred vigilante, not a leader or someone's puppy.

So: Ideas, guidance, opinions?
More than willing to change, literally just came up with this on the fly so it's more than a little rough.

Looks good to me. Ditch repair as you'll be playing unarmed it's probably not needed and go with sneak. I like the premise.

Yeah it did feel a little off having it up there, the only thing I could think of was using one time built things like grenades but that feels a little forced. Better to make a coherent character.

So Unarmed, Sneak, Lockpick as tags. Should be an interesting play.

You're gonna want to get your Speech up though if you want to get the Intimidating perk. Remember all the "oh CRAP!" expressions when Rorshach went into the bar and said "Missed you while in jail..."

Very bright, smart, astute and intimadating, but speech in the most part is about charm;
Rorschach is too unstable and prone to moodswings and depression.

Put points in it by all means but only use it if the option displayed is an obvious threat or scare tactic.
Otherwise it's just XP playing to me, I've found speech is not really needed for this type of role anyway.
As if they're bad corrupt or hurt innocent people you'll wan't to kill them from the get, and you can make up your own hard boiled dialogue to go with the kill.

I do like the role, and your build suits nicely.
