I think every NPC counts under that, except the fiends, they look uuugly.

Really??,

I like the raider skin texture, I keep trying to get as close to that tanned, grimy, scav dark tone as possible.
I used to create light / olive / pale tones like mine, but really did not like the clean look tbh.

Mr. House always wins. i go with him because at the moment, he is indeed the best thing for this world for now. Freeside i may not have loved the greatest, but i like it because i actually have memories of the area (like the guy who waves you to the alley then tries to kill you), Gannon was my favorite, even over boone, mainly because of his deep and intertwined story, as well as his comical relief :D *points gun* "um...what's up?"

best faction in my opinion was the kings, but other than that, the securitrons were a favorite. so cold. so orderly. so...efficient... >:)

quoting house: "you needn't be afraid of me, it's my securitrons that are going to kill you."

EDIT: and in my opinion, the worst voice acting in the entire game was the fiend that greeted you in vault 3

-Gannon is a wonderful character, my favourite line is:

"Only to hide my previous involvement with a fascist, paramilitary organisation."

-Freeside was by far the best town, it should have been bigger in my opinion, maybe 5 areas with inter-linked, totally within Freeside quests, lots of rival gangs, the kids eating the rats was just genius.

-Benny, simple as that.

"Nice charlies too, give a shake for the Ben-man!"

-Boomers, I admit I'm biased but I just think there well designed. I love how they turned a side note in the Fallout Bible into a full faction. It's just well thought out, everything from where they get their friggin' protien!

Caesar. (Would be better if it weren't for the gamebryo making him seem like he's having an orgism when he gets his headaches)
Vegas. (Only town well written enough.)
Raul. (He funny man)
NCR. (Too biased towards NCR...)

Who was the best written NPC?

Boone all the way. A compelling and tragic love story about a fatalist who believes in Karma and is consumed by guilt and has a death wish but because of your help, he finds a new purpose. (my path)

What was the Best Town?

Goodsprings, I really liked Goodsprings. Nice people and they helped me. I'd say Freeside is a close second.

Who is the funniest NPC?

Raul - "Yeah boss, I'll just pull my tools out from behind that rock." and the line about how you ticked off some faction and it had to be a great idea because it was *your* idea. :D

What was the best written faction?

NCR - It was huge and there was so much good and not so good but you could affect that. Lots of good people to interact with.
