I think both the Legion Centurion and that Bad ass Veteran Ranger armor are so cool, not to mention they give some decent DTs. I remember on my very good file who sided with the Legion, having NCR Armor was a godsend whenever I needed to be near NCR but wanted to avoid a battle. However, there is one thing I don't understand about the armors.


If I am idolized by the Legion and wear NCR armor, I am a target for the Legion but now I am neutral by NCR and won't attack me on sight. That is a very good thing.


However, if I wear my Centurion Armor loud and proud, I am now a target for the NCR(they hate me anyways) but now I am no longer idolized by the Legion, I am now just neutral.



If you don't get what I am saying, the point I am trying to get across is that if I wear Legion Armor and if I am anything above neutral, why does that reputation disappear? I only want it to affect my rep if I am below neutral because I don't like being shot at sometimes.

That would be awesome if that would be fixed. It is very annoying being Idolized, put on armor, get liked by the Legion again and somehow get "Accepted" status.

nothings bugged putting on frction armour will make you neutrul to the fractions armour your wearing like you said with how your rep went to neutrul with the legion centurion amrour its supposed to do that

If your wearing a disguise how are they supposed to know who you are?

you wear a big name tag that say "HELLO MY NAME IS ________

But then it wouldn't be a disguise. :disguise:

The only time to need a disguise is to use an ENEMY disguise, but if you use a friendly disguise, it is pointless and in fact just harms reputation while wearing it.

I know, but say you are in the NCR but, are wearing CL armor, how is the NCR supposed to know that you're on their side?

Edit: Also they may know who you are but, if you put grunt armor on then you're just another grunt to them.

I guess you are right on the "just another grunt" and I guess I understand it now,but what about the awesome Veteran Ranger/Centurion armors? Rangers are highly respected, same with Centurions. I wish those armors were exempt, seeing as no "grunt" can ever use them.

I think for 'generic' armors, IE troopers and Et Cetera, their armor should make you 'just another face' where as, if you're hated by the NCR and wearing Centurion armor since you're Legion proud, I think they should code certian armors to set the rival faction as hostile, but keep your faction you side with as accepted+
