instead of complaining about the graphics...

Go buy a futuremark benchmark instead, so people who actually bought a game for it's game play *gasp* don't have to listen to the constant nonsensical biching. You'd think the game looked like superman 64 from all the complaining...

I bought this game for the visuals not the gameplay. Do you honestly believe Crysis one sold as well because of a deep story line? the story line in crysis one svcked on an absolute EPIC scale. the ONLY reason it sold well was because it had absolutely amazing visuals.

What you don't realize is that Crysis 2 is not Crysis 1 and doesn't have to rely strictly on having amazing graphics to be good.

Nah, Superman looked better. It didn't give you a blinding headache from crazy motion blur.

^This. I could care less about the story. I just liked running around in the Jungle and ambushing patrols, destroying villages, exploring the land. Graphics come first.

Besides, I see less of a story in C2 than in C1.

Jeez, where did all these kids come from?

crytek has had a reputation of developing games that were simply jaw-dropping. With that being said, people tend to expect certain things from such a company.

If all of a sudden Porsche started making *****y cars, people like you would say that it's a car and it should serve its purpose of driving from point A to point B. Obviously, with a company like Porsche, there's more than just the aspect of driving.

Get a clue and see the shortcomings from a different perspective.
