My Sniper Class

Post » Sun Nov 30, 2008 4:48 pm

Weapons:
DSG-1 Sniper Rifle
K-Volt
Frag Grenade

Perks:
Proximity Alarm III
Stealth Enhance III
Loadout Pro III/ Doesn't really matter though

What this class does, is take out weakened enemys with your sniper rifle, or campers since it is easy to get a headshot. When they get close as you an see on your proximity alarm, pull out your K-Volt and put them to the test. Also use your visor to locate as many enemys as you can so your teamates will be muh sure of where their arival will take place, it also gets you extra points which an't hurt =].

I really think though that even as the sniping in this game is very balanced and not that hard, you still die a lot because you have to take your time to get the one shot kill headshot or you have to shoot the chest twice. I really wish they'd make the sniper a one shot one kill on the chest too.

I really think you need retriever when playing a sniper. Getting Max Radar and other bonus up will really help your team.

@nicku@netti.fi;
Yeah, i understand where you are coming from, but it just takes time to get better at, and once you get the gauss it should be alot easier, i use the K-volt as my secondary, because i play Crashsite and it allows me to help my team there.

@TheCalidus;
I've Tried it with retriever, and i think that is fine if you like using a pistol, but until i have the gauss and the high power magnum i will run Loadout pro.
