Some posters on this forum are reprehensible bullies!

I experienced a number of performance issues with my XBox360 copy of Crysis 2, (not to mention EA screwed me out of my Nano edition) but I had to settle for the LE, and it's moot because the software is plain broken.
I came on line to see if anyone was experiencing the same issues, and indeed they are; but what's far worse, are some of your responses. The way they're treated by some of you, MOST of you; is absolutely disgusting! You creeps know who you are.
If someone posts a report of a problem, NOT even an opinion, but a concrete error in functionality, this should be the place where they can get some constructive feedback, and support from fellow gamers, and instead; I've seen post after post of utterly vicious mockery and abuse. it's sickening!
Those who treat people that way are disgraceful, and again you know who you are. You sycophantic EA/Crytek/Crysis fanboys are by far the cruelest, most ruthless, heartless, and inhumane pieces of excrement roaming the web, and that's saying something.
I've never encountered a forum littered with such venom and hatred, and I've seen some messed up crap.
I'm above wishing you ill, and frankly your behavior is indicative of likely miserable lives; but you jerks better straighten yourselves up quick, because you have a rude awakening coming to you. I guess it makes sense that a company that makes such fundamentally broken games would have equally broken devotees.
You should be ashamed of yourselves you pathetic, empty little vessels. You don't deserve to enjoy this or any game.

Dont fight fire with fire; it makes you look like a hypocrite. Anyways, i agree the game has issues and those that "bully" people over the internet should get banned. However, i do not wish ill on anyone!

Trolls are gonna troll. Those who want to get to the point and actually discuss topics critically will sit back and either ignore or laugh at idiotic remarks.

It's the same thing all over the internet bro. Some people have this lame sense of loyalty with a product that they become so narrow minded about it. Age probably has a lot to do with it. If anyone says anything negative about their precious game they get butt hurt and resort to name calling.

I hear ya. It's like that on every forum I've been to lately, gaming or not. Always gonna have the jaded gamers with their ubernet machismo around. It balances the world. Light and Dark. Yin and Yang. Regular and Decaf.

Now, give me your lunch money.

Hypocrisy would have been "wishing them ill."
"inhumane" and "excrement" are non-obscene, non-violent descriptors designed to challenge the weight of one's vocabulary, and is indeed not wishing them ill at all.
Wishing them ill would be to give in to my desire for such individuals to be purged from the mortal realm, and say to them something like- "I hope you all wake up tomorrow with the inability to use your hands to play the game or whack off" THAT'S hypocrisy.
Thanks for your reply, though. Thanks to all who responded. Interesting how none of the affformentioned excrement weighed in.

Meh, people on the internet are dikes. "Why!?" Cause people can be dikes, ass holes, and down right rude people to other people, and not having to worry about some one punching them in the face in real life. I can go up to some one, and tell them they're a POS, and that they should go screw them selves, and not have to worry about stepping out side and getting shot by that person, if I was going to say the same thing to some random dude, I bet I'd get killed over it. What I'm about to say about Xbox LIVE is a quote from Zero Punctuation, Xbox LIVE gamers are nothing but a bunch of Hooting dike holes/quote. Now if you have problems with people swearing, and insulting you, here's what you do. YOU MUTE THEM. I always have every one muted, cause I hate listening to 8 year olds playing, and think they'd trick people into thinking they're older just because they're swearing. But lets face it, we're all ways going to run into a bully, and the only thing we can do about it, is ignore them, or point the right people at them.

I find it so ironic that here in this humble little thread, no one has responded except reasonable individuals with respect for their fellow man. (or woman)
It's the first thread I've seen on this site with "controversial" subject matter that can be described that way.
Even in the presence of disagreements, or varying thresholds for bad behavior; this group, albeit small so far; is devoid of the creeps/"trolls"/bullies we refer to.
The point about anonymity is certainly spot on, as are others; and when I play mp I also tend to mute everyone; but I hate that I have to, because it's such a shame.
It's amazing, really. We have all these remarkable, ever improving means to communicate, coordinate, and work as a cohesive unit in mp, but without bringing a cadre of your own friends in, has anyone ever seen a group actually come together in any way, and actually work "as a team?" An 8 on 8 match for instance, would beget an epic victory for any one side, and by extension; every single individual on said side, if they actually worked together as a team; but invariably, people just run around the map like lunatics playing solo.
The human race has multiple millenia of recorded history, yet in the year 2011, a group of people playing what's supposed to be, and designed as a group effort who presumably all have the desire to "win," seem all but incapable; if not just unwilling to cooperate, and the gaming world is a microcosm of the world as a whole.
I wonder, what will it take before humanity evolves to a degree where we collectively comprehend the astounding advantage of working together, rather than the status quo. The world is in pretty awful shape, is it any wonder why?
