hi all. i am currently doing missions for mr house and have just started ' the house always wins 4 ' where this message appears.
If i continue to do the missions the NCR and Legion will hunt me down. Both very big factions and dont want to be hunted down. whats the best course of action? cheers

I'd say side with House. Namely because I did. Its a matter of opinion really.

But who ever side with the other factions will get angry.

Yup....as they say...there can be only one and you can't keep them all from being angry.

Doesn't matter who, really....just pick whatever faction/choice you like, in terms of roleplaying or story, go with it, and enjoy. You can always try another faction/way in another playthrough.

My best suggestion for you is to weigh your personal views of the positives and negatives of each faction, and weigh the possibilities of each faction's future effects. Also keep in mind that at least two(ignoring independent, as that is based quite a bit on your decisions-not another faction's) will want to kill another faction(to a point, I think, that you can't avoid the destruction of that other faction in the case you side with the first).

Well if you want to feel almost invincible go for the bos
if you want challenging random fights go for legion
ncr has numbers and decent guns
not sure about the khans
going independant was well for me
mr house can give you alot of money for the snowglobes and platinum chips

Stick with the one you made plans for I wouldn't just change the plans to avoid being the star of a bit more battles than you bargained for. If you were to go with legion or NCR than the others would still hunt you down.
