I was having the same issue and I had to log in every time and put my cd-key. What I did was I put my cd-key and then put my credentials, then i clicked remember me and BAM it stopped asking me for my cd-key. Give it a shot.

A problem thats keeping me away from crysis is the fact that I use my promo code to get the lvl 5 headstart jump in a game, and I'm back to level 3. Not to mention I empty a clip into some one only to have him shoot me twice and or spray like a retard bashing his face into his keyboard and I die. Seriously.....fix this game.

Someone let me know if this works. This could be a breakthrough lol.
