Trying to level up my perks, but absolutely no information is being tracked. Weapons, perks, nanosuit information.... even K/D. Is this because I'm playing unranked matches? Every time I search for ranked matches, the result is about six or seven servers that are completely full, and about 300 that are completely empty. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem,
no matter how many kills I get with perks enabled (that way it says to)
it stays at 0/200 or 0/whatever

I noticed the same thing, play on RANKED servers, it tracks gun kills and such for upgrades, although, it still likes to reset rank somewhat, or nag about the promo and bug out on that, but your unlocks WILL be tracked if you use a ranked server.

I've been playing on only official servers, and the game still isn't tracking my stats. Ex: When I go to suit usage, the XP and suit levels are correct, but time, etc. are all zero.

Make sure its ranked though, not all official servers are ranked, theres another icon for ranked servers.

hope they fix this soon really annoying to have to get ranking up twice

I haven't been able to find any ranked servers all day... I guess I'll try later. I've been ranking up fine, but my skill assessments aren't tracking.

I had this same issue. I got to level 8 then stopped and came back and was at level 5.
