Log in to your gamesas account.
Go to http://www.gamesas.com/redeemcode/
Its going to ask to you to log in, but you get an error that your account info is wrong, if so, instead of logging in, go to register, yes, while you are logged in to the website, in the box its asking to log in thats giving you an error, hit that register button.

Now heres the fun part, you have to register with the email thats the same as your gamesas.com account, I know this sounds weird, but thats what I did to fix it after trying everything all day.
