Why are people so hateful towards cazadors? The player finally gets an almost worthy opponent, and then it is hated.

Mostly because of;

Hello, ladies, look at the cazador, now back to me, now back at cazador, now back to me. Sadly, you're level five at most, but even if you weren't you'd be dead in a few seconds anyway. Look down, back up, where are you? You're just about to reload your last save. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s the vial of antidote that could have saved you. Look again, the antidotes are now gone because you used them all. Anything is possible unless you chose a melee build. I’m on a horse.

*ahem*

Yeah. HP ammo. Lots of it.

Killing Cazadors at low levels is easy. One of the graves at the big memorial has an incinerator, and those wings are fragile.

I don't know, I guess it have to be a tie between Nightstalker and a Cezador. A...Cezastalker. I could have a Nightstalker body with wings or a Cezador body but stealthy. Anyways, I hate the Nightstalker for its stealth and dangerous attacks. They freak me out when they finally appear and they don't absorb damage like other creatures. Nightstalker are truely a living hell. Cezadors don't absorb damage either and they're fast. Plus, their poison is the worst poison of then all. Worse than Radscorpion poison. And aside from poison, it splits your health in half almost all of the time. I try to stay away from them because I cry like a 12 year old when I come face to face with this torture. :flame:

+1 for Cazadores here, they are difficult to shoot at and they can kill you in the blink of an eye if you are not very careful. I'm so happy I could dispatch the Legendary Cazador with a sneaky headshot from my sniper rifle. Then there is the Deathclaw, which is a scary opponent, but since they are not as fast (and they can not fly), it usually becomes a dps race to see if you can take it down before it reaches the melee range. But there is one more which I'm surprised I haven't seen mentioned enough:

The sentry bot.

It seems even harder to kill in NV than in Fallout3, it can shoot missiles at you, or shoot you with a minigun or with a gatling laser. Huge dps and very resistant to anything you throw at him, forced me to go take that robotic perk so I could sneak behind them and disable them.

Every fight I've had with sentry bots lasted no more than 15 seconds. Plus New Vegas has the Pulse Gun.

Although, granted, I did have Veronica with me...

Good things did come from the cazadors...poisons. Made my throwing knives and spiked knuckles quite deadly. :ninja:

At one point in time I hated 1 cazador, just 1 though, it kept spawning right as I came out of the prospector saloon, while I was at lvl 1, and only had a 9mm pistol with 42(#?) bullets... After that 1 deathclaw that spawned right as I was walking down from the cemetery, when I was at lvl 2, it always spawned behind me, and I would just see this giant hand appear over my head, and then I died...

Now that the new patch prevents these things I don't really hate any enemy. As long as I have a chance to kill it, it's all good. (hardcoe\very hard gamer all the way :))

Btw I get a big happy face when I see bloat flies, the meat is good for making Bloatfly sliders. :)

Any baby/pup, because they make me feel bad for killing them, then eating their meat. :sad:
