If I'm right Route 95 is the one running northish/southish up the map on the right hand side going past Novac and the 188 trading post.

95 is the road through sloan IIRC. -checks wiki-

I don't think they actually patrol 95, they just do a little recon of the area there in(didn't want to name it specifically). just because they had mr. new vegas say they were doesn't necessarily mean they are.
