Has anyone else been having weird issues with the cutscenes? Not the scripted events in-game, but the actual movie cutscenes. Mine chug or give off static and are hiccuping all over the place... I get between 30-40 fps in the game itself at 1600x900 very high settings, so I can't imagine my rig is chugging too much to play a freaking movie smoothly :S I do have a 5.1 system and I use an hdmi cable to connect my pc to my screen if that makes any difference.

Self update: Apparently V-sync was causing the issues. I turned it off and my fps went up about 50-70 fps (!!) now the sound isn't messing up, but the videos tear like crazy. Sigh. I had heard this was an issue when they released their ONE MONTH OLD build, but I guess it was too much to hope for them to fix something tiny like a v-sync issue.
