PS3 graphical bugs/issues

This is NOT a complaint about the graphics as a whole, so far I am thoroughly impressed. However there are one or two niggles I have. One is the arbitrary draw distance on some items, I walk towards sandbags say 8ft away and then i find at about 5 ft a top layer of bags appears from nowhere where no other objects are affected by this. Similar things happen on patches of grass etc.
Also when zooming in down sights the foliage on trees changes ever so slightly and the changes back when releasing.
Same with the flooring in several indoor areas when crouching, its dirty/scuffed then perfectly clean when crouching/closer to surface. Also I have spotted one or two lighting anomalies also.
I have seen this over the first level up to just entering main town NY. Will play some more and report back

Anyone else notice similar oddities?

Lighting isnt dynamic or real inside - looks light a totally different lighting rig when you go inside - unless it has huge windows with sun light pouring in.

The thing with the bags appearing out of nowhere is not a glitch. That is called pop-in and it happens because the consoles don't have enough RAM to have everything in the level loaded at the same time.
