It shouldn't. XBL tracks all of that. That's how you can dload your GT onto another Xbox, and it pulls everything you've unlocked.

Reason being, I beat the game first on Super Soldier, and it never gave me the achievement so... just wanted to make sure my MP setup wouldn't be harmed.
