She reminds me of a nimby ( not in my back yard. )
Nosy, opinionated, intolerant, judgemental and loathesome.
That's just from the dialogue, it does not help that she looks like Norman Bates mother.

On the surface she can seem like a nice ol' lady, telling you to go talk to Chet for a discount and all, but dig deeper and listen to dialogues and she starts to become kind of nasty. imo.

You need to pay more attention buddy :teehee: , I knew it was her the second she gave me that nasty reply after i bagged on novac. Them adding the option to bag on novac gave it away aswell. All in all she was a poor attempt at deception. Dean on the other hand, damn! I was caught whizzing in the wind when he betrayed me.
