I need help on being able to invite friends into a lobby or do they not have it?

Also the lag in the game is very bad does anyone know when this will be fixed?

Im pretty sure right now theyre arent pre-game lobbies, one of you has to join one then everyone follow, as for the lag ive heard around that Splah Damage is working really hard to fix the servers and they seem to be getting a bit better but they will be fixed SD isnt just gonna let this game rot, they are listening to us
