Why can I not download the new Crysis 2 DEMO!?

I have my family settings turned off but for some reason when I try and download the Crysis 2 DEMO from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace I get a message saying: This account is not permited to download content with this rating.

How do I fix this?
Any help is much appreciated!

Like he said demo is ended, but if your using a windows live account for your gamertag that is under the age of eighteen your stuck. Even if you change your family settings or windows id information the xbox will still recongnize that your underage. Your going to have to make new account if you want to download 18plus downloads........srry

Demo was a beta the game is out now so buy it
