They've pretty much all got the same story-line, but NCR is the most realistic victor. They're over-bloated, but if they need they could just call in more men.

I liked the Legion ending and storyline the most so far.

Most happy ending House ( with thought and work. )
Worst Yesman, two out two trying different metheods.
Suprising ending, Lanius.
General al round emotion wise NCR.
