Creating a game and/or LAN play

Post » Wed Feb 18, 2009 11:22 am

I was under the impression that the game was going to allow me to create my own multiplayer game with game modes and map selection I want with a password so my friends and I could join. Either TCP/IP or LAN yet it seems both modes are non-existent.
Has this game also gone the route of dedicated servers with random douchebags or pay money for your own server?

Having no LAN play the game is not worth the money.

Played almost an hour online and got realy fast annoyed about thoose who has no other live than gaming.

I play FPS only to have fun, not every day and now i am bugged with thoose douchebags.

The game is not ready yet, lots of bugs, well... EA is known to kill fun.

No, it has only a Quick Match function OR Join Server.

- No LAN
- No option to host your own Server
- No Passwording it because that
- No "custom configuration" your own Server
- No dedicated Server without renting it

My TIP:

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME

Do not repeat the mistake in hope for a joyfull game like i did.

You really shouldn't worry about the people that are better then you it is like that in every game. But the lack of being able to create a multiplayer game is very disappointing, along with a lot of other things. The game wasn't ready at all. But it is fun to player though so I'll keep playing it. Maybe they will fix it or maybe not, but I have playing so I'll keep playing.
