Did you crash playing the demo?

Did you crash playing the demo? I mean, did your gaming laptop or computer just shutdown after 15 minutes or so of Crysis 2 demo gameplay?

I'm taking a risk buying the game with this experience, I just hope it was because it was a demo that it happen. As I can play StarCraft 2 on Ultra Settings and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

Nope, not for me. The demo actually performed better than the retail game because there was no flickering.

Nope, demo was pretty nice once my router accepted the server listing.

Nope, demo and the retail version have been pretty good. Last night there were some lag spikes in SP and MP for about 30 minutes and then it stopped, but that was the worse that happened.

I did have one crash, after about an hour or so of playing. The game ran fine, actually really smooth. It just seemed like a random crash to desktop. It seemed like a one-time thing.

I'm running the retail version just fine. 'Extreme' graphics on 1680x1050 Rez. Haven't had any problems as far as performance, but I did run into some of the account issues that are all over the PC Forum. It was a simple, but weird fix.

If your computer restarted itself or shutdown, it could be due to overheating to the graphic card or the cpu.

Demo crashed on me about a hand full of times when it was out. The official release did not crash at all after 8 hours of playing the SP.

I know. But I have no idea how the graphical settings was in the demo. So I do hope i get some choices in the full version.

And it should really not overheat as I play other games fine that requires alot. But some graphical options can really be a curse, like shadow effects.
