PC. The XBOX360 version runs at a combination settings of medium (textures) low (draw distance) and customized high (short range shadows/lighting). There is a LOT of pop-in on the XBOX360 version that breaks immersion and destroys the gameplay experience.
My friend was playing the XBOX360 version and was trying to shoot a C.E.L.L. operative at long range by firing through his reflex sights. He kept shooting him, but he wouldn't die, wouldn't even take damage. So he switched to Assault scope (longer range) and zoomed in. All of a sudden, a wall appeared that the C.E.L.L. operative was hiding behind.
Do you really want to spend $70 USD for a console game like that?
