Multiplayer Matchmaking is a JOKE!!!

Post » Wed Feb 25, 2009 12:28 pm

When i first got the game i played around 10 - 15 matches that were great with no lag what so ever. Now i cant even get one decent connection they are all red. Im in the middle east n it keep matching with europe!!!!!

ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT THERE ARENT 12 PLAYER WHO BOUGHT THE GAME IN THE ENTIRE REGION!!!! COME ON!!!!!

I also have my PS3 on the DMZ in the router which means a NAT 2 connection which means OPEN PORTS!!! I play Black ops all the time with 4 green bars but on crysis its telling me that my NAT IS MODERATE!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if anyone knows any ports to open or a way to fix these issues don't be shy ... SHARE!!

I LOVE THIS GAME BUT CRYTEC ARE MAKING IT VERY HARD TO ENJOY IT ... I MUST SAY THAT ITS THE WORST I REPEAT THE WORST MATCHMAKING I HAVE COME ACROSS.

PLEASE Patch This or at least give me a solution. PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAASEEE I WANN PLAY THE FREAKING GAME N ENJOY IT!!!!!!!!!

Yeah forgot what "Last_TWO_Left" said.. I'm sick of people who happen to have a good experience with the game acting like the game is fine.
YOUR GAME MAY BE RUNNING FINE. Main word is YOUR game.

The match making is quite bad, I constantly get put in a lobby populated by 1 person - so I leave, then get thrown in the same lobby again - then leave - then rinse and repeat - then I get put in lobbys hosted by Australians.

It's really quite a shame - the mechanics of the MP are quite good fun, but not having dedicated servers and broken matchmaking completely ruins it.

Spoken like a true idiot. Enjoy the game u Fool!!

As for the dedicated servers it will never happen since non of the other have done so on a console n because, n im gussing here, the cost to maintain them is an added expense that they don't need. Even though they are probably making **** loads of $$$$$$.

Does the PC version have a dedicated server??

PC version does - also has better graphics and costs £10 less on most shops.

Match making svcks in the game but the real problem is no dedicated servers. Crytek screwed the pooch on this one not having dedicated servers. The game would be so much better.
