Also, I got my pre-order code to work after playing for a little while. I'm at level 12, and only have 2 of the default classes unlocked and imagine the glitch will keep me from ever getting the rest unlocked. What can I do? I would really like access to "Scout" and "Gunner".

Why it doesnt work doesnt even matter. How about when it's going to be fixed, and why we shouldn't expect it to happen in the future.
