My LE code worked fine and I recieved confirmation thru email.
Game is 'finally' playing decent after endless tweaks to the graphics settings on my GTX460.
But where are my additonal guns???
I paid 60$ for this....spent 2 hours trying to get the graphics where you could see stuff properly.....and no LE goodies as advertised.

What has happened with PC gaming. God I miss the days of MOH, COD, Crysis 1,....all those plug and play games that worked and looked beautiful right from the start.

Just about everyone is having some sort of issue getting the LE to work, I am too. As far as those games in the past that worked, correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember LE bonuses in game being a big thing back then. Not that I'm trying to make an excuse, if you advertise something it should work, plain and simple, but, I must admit that it is a bit more challenging to make things work when you factor in these features. IMO, EA should have helped Crytek out with this, considering their other big shooter dev, DICE, have experience with this sort of thing (my Medal of Honor preorder gave me my extras without a hitch, shame the game wasn't that good).

This is also why I still love CS...no unlocks, no worry over this or that, just pure and simple even up play.

I'm also rockin a GTX460 and I can play unranked multiplayer just fine, but whenever I go into campaign it randomly loses video signal and my monitor just blacks out. I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end or a bug with the game. What tweaks did you do with your 460 to get things running better?


As far as the LE stuff, go to [url]gamesas.com/limitededition[/url] and enter the second cd key you got (if you downloaded from Steam). Then log in to crysis and enter in the first cd key so you can get into multiplayer. If you go to customize equipment from the multiplayer screen you should be able to use the goodies (hologram and camo skin for the scar).

I had to play around with AF and had to 'clamp' lod.....otherwisse I kept getting corrupted grphics and freezes.
It seems to work now. So fingers crossed.
