I must say I have never seen a forum quite like this one before, and I personally like it. Compared to the old one and others, it is much more simple to use. That doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement though, but I hope Crytek can hold on this idea and improve it, instead of just changing it completely because of a few rants about it.

What do you guys think?

So far I can't say I like it. It's far too garish and color-intensive. I'd like a way to specify in my profile that I'd like a standard forum layout optimized for legibility rather than style. Speaking of a profile, has anyone seen a place where you can see/modify that?

As for style, it looks nifty for a bit but after a while it starts to annoy. To me the red text on black background is not enjoyable and neither is the puny grey-on-grey message entry form.

This forum really needs BBCode, bumping of a topic when new posts are made, avatars and the ability to edit previous posts. Then I'll be VERY happy

topics should bump now when a new post is made, i edited the settings myself, if it's not working i'll take another look

The new forums is ok, but after awhile, it gets really annoying, hopefully the Crytek staff is hard at work to get it right. I liked the other forums better, I'm trying to give this one a chance, but it's not working.. LoL

I hate this new forum. Please bring back the old one. I've pretty much abandoned gamesas forums because of it in favor of InCrysis and Crymod. Most of the discussion about Crysis 2 seems to be on Incrysis and I don't see much being posted here.

Crytek, please bring back the old forum.
