build it myself and save 500 euro or so.

Plus there's so little point with these over-specced pc's, once you hit a solitary hd5870/gtx480 there's little extra gains to be had if any, there's no game that'll tax you even at 2560x1200 (well, apart from maybe crysis 1). What'll be best is to build a computer yourself when the hd6870 hits in a month or so :)

Don't worry if you've never built one before, it really is very simple/

get yourself a PCI-E SSD card, (120G) or 80G, much faster hard-drive system, 2 x GTX260 (if on budget) or plum for a top of the range ATi card... if someone is making this for you then your going to pay through the nose for that.

Or get a Xbox 360 and a PS3, since almost every good game arrives in those two platforms and some are exclusive to PS3 or Xbox 360 sometimes. But you can also get all platforms and a EXTREME PC.

If you ever want to reach the "very high pc gaming" standards I think you should drop that i7 920 and get yourself the 980x hex-core.

Check out PCONPT.com for high-end products at low prices! ;)

i dont need one because if i overclock my i7920 to 4.0 or 4.2 Ghz il get almost the same perfomance of the i7 980x.and the price of the 980x is just a abuse

I'll build one an amazingly OTT £1000 and then laugh when you get 5-10% more performance for £1.6k more :D

jk...i wouldn't spend over £700 and still laugh.

i'd buy a cheaper system instead and upgrade that a year later making it reach identical performance for a lot less money - and with less energy consumption (dual card setup)
