Grain And Motion Blur?

Post » Thu Apr 09, 2009 12:45 am

Crytek, please update/add an option to turn on/off the grain and motion blur effect. The mass effect games have those options so I'm pretty sure its something you guys can handle.

Best Regards

Those games look so much better without that effect. I don't understand why game devs would force people to endure such effect or auto-aim. It should always be a choice.

I agree, Also is it just me or do they add the grain while wearing the nanosuit? Sort of like a visor/helmet effect? I also notice some sort of scrolling lines within the grain. I am really NOT liking this effect. If I remember correctly there does not seem to be any grain in the submarine intro level and the level where the CIA girl saves you.

I like the motion blur, but agree at the grain, just makes it look bad :(

Poster above is correct(thank you). The heavy grain and lines is some sort of visual glitch. Crytek, disregard my first post. Just fix this bug ; )
